About Sarah

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist who studied at the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training school in Oxford. I am a member of the Association of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH).

I've worked in large corporate and small scale up organisations for the last 14 years specialising in Product Management within the software industry.

I first became interested in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy myself several years ago. I had been suffering from anxiety for a number of years and felt I could no longer control it. After only a short number of sessions I can genuinely say it changed my life. I have seen first hand the benefits and its potential to help people to overcome stress, cope better in life and achieve what they really want and am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience to help other’s.

All of my services are offered online, making them more accessible and convenient. My aim is to work with you to help you achieve the life you want, leaving you feeling relaxed and positive about your future.

About Hypnotherapy

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a type of talking therapy that combines the use of psychotherapy with hypnosis. Unlike some other forms of Hypnotherapy, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is very much, as the name suggests, focused on the solution and the future you desire. Other therapies, or styles may require you to revisit old and sometimes painful memories or focus on why you feel the way you do. Instead Solution Focused Hypnotherapy will help you to look forward and assist you on your journey to get there.


Hypnosis or ‘trance’ is a very natural, relaxing state, encouraged by using guided relaxation, where the mind can relax and then focus on thoughts and suggestions that might be useful. It is a state which people experience many times a day and is completely natural. As a modern psychotherapeutic approach, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy uses practical, structured, and well-researched strategies to help people make significant, positive changes in their lives.
